HOUSTON – June 5, 2015. Rockwater Energy Solutions, Inc. (“Rockwater”), a water management and chemical technologies solutions provider to the oilfield industry, announced today that Holli Ladhani, former Executive Vice President and CFO, and most recently Executive Vice President of Rockwater’s Chemical Technologies segment, has been appointed President & CEO of Rockwater, as well as a member of the Board of Directors.

David Nightingale, former Executive Vice President of Rockwater’s Water Management segment, has been appointed EVP & COO of Rockwater. David joined Rockwater as SVP-Water Management in April, 2012, after serving in a variety of management roles within the oilfield services sector for his entire 35 year career.
Holli Ladhani commented, “With David’s wealth of operations knowledge and relentless focus on our customers, he will be invaluable to me and the Company as he leads our Water Management and Chemical Technologies service offerings.”
Larry O’Donnell stated, “I have a daughter who has had over 30 years of challenging medical issues, and has recently had additional medical set-backs. My family is the most important thing in my life, and I have reached a point that I feel I must spend what time is still available for me to spend with my daughter and assist my wife with our daughter’s medical conditions. While I will miss the day to day interactions that I have so much enjoyed with so many of the Rockwater team members, I will continue to serve as Chairman of the Board and work closely with the Board to support Holli and the management team as they seek to lead the organization to even greater heights.”
